For many Indigenous communities, heirloom Corn is a symbol of solidarity, resiliency, culture, and connection with the natural world. The blue and white  Xàskwim kernels strung on this necklace were grown in and harvested from The Three Sisters Garden. They bring life to this 27” necklace that has been lovingly made by  Dr. Karelle Hall (Nanticoke), a member of NRFF’s Board of Directors.

Dr. Hall created this necklace specifically for the NRFF community - to celebrate the plants and people who come together in The Three Sisters Garden and our relationships with this land. We invite you to uplift Indigenous artistry, enter our raffle, and proudly add this necklace to your wardrobe.
