Join us at the Academy of Natural Sciences for Botany of Nations. We will create cyanotype sun prints with native plants and learn about Indigenous ecological knowledge and the relationships between local ecology, art, and Indigenous cultures. Participants will arrange native plants on light-sensitive paper, expose them to sunlight, and rinse them to create detailed blue silhouettes — or cyanotype prints.
